Casa Perico offers 3 Ways to Cater

1. Carry Out Catering (Packaged in Bulk)
Your order will be prepared "FAMILY STYLE" and ready for
pick up at either
Casa Perico locations. Food will be packaged in disposable
serving pans.

2. Set Up Catering
We deliver to your location. Food will be delivered in
disposable serving pans.
We will provide disposable plates, plastic ware, napkins and
utensils.
Minimum of 30 guests is required.
There will be a 10% service fee added.

3. Full Service Catering
We deliver and set up at your location, buffet style ready to
serve. Hot foods will be in covered chafing dishes and cold
items in decorative bowls to match the occasion. We will
provide disposable plates, plastic ware, napkins and all
serving utensils. Our staff will return to pick up equipment
and clean the buffet area when finished. .Pick up time to be
arranged during normal operating hours.
There will be a 15% service fee added.

Casa Perico provides servers for an additional charge of
$25.00 per hour per server to maintain the buffet line. Service
staff is based on a 4 hour minimum. Additional charges will
apply for every hour over 4 hours. We recommend one server
for 75 to 100 guests and 1 server for each additional 100
guests.
